Great customer service & great products.I ordered what I thought was an ash blonde and after coloring there was almost no change to my hair color. The team worked with me to get another color out to me that was more of what I was looking for. Aside from the one order, I have been extremely happy with how my hair has turned out. New formula is best yet!I love the new formula. The cream consistency makes it much easier to apply without dripping. And the color is wonderful. So shiny and it brings out the highlights instead of covering them for the first few days like the previous formulation. Plus it covers my increasingly numerous grays much better.
