CoverageI have been using your product for man years but I have noticed they the quality is not as good anymore, firstly there is not enough colour and also it does not last as long or cover completely. Not the color I wantedHair color only lasted one week. Spoke to a colorist who said I couldn't get the color red I want and have any gray coverage so switching back to Loreal or Clariol for Red or Mahogany with gray coverage lasting 3 weeks. Color is TOO DarkI do not understand what happened, but as you can see in the picture, the root only coverage you provided is way too dark. Great custom colorColor and grey coverage are great. Happy for the customization and ability to adjust my formula. Admittedly, my own technique needs improvement which will come with practice. Videos very helpful.
