Fantastic!Finally got the colour I've always wanted from a salon but never had. Love that it matches with my own hair perfectly so looks more natural. Looks great añd had lots of compliments from people. Love the way the package was personalised too...10/10 from me. Feeling happy!!This was the first time i colour my hair at home and not at the salon. I was very nervous and scared the colour would be too bright as i tend to get “hot roots” The colour is perfect! I prefer it over my salon colour. Application was somewhat easy , I’m sure i will get quicker with practice. The smell of the product was actually pleasant unlike the horrible smell from the salon. Great productsI was super nervous to do this as I’ve always only went to a salon but to my surprise it turned out well! I did have some help with the back since it was my first time. It took longer than intended due to me going so slow and having longer hair. I think next time I will be able to be faster. I’m so glad I took a chance and did this. My hair is so shiny and soft now! What will it take, me quitting?I’ve been with you since 2015, and have recently asked to have less brown in my color, and add more purple pearl or Mahogany. Neither times has my color come to me correctly, so I write another note to my colorist in hopes they will get it right on the next shipment. This has been going on for 6 months and I’m ready to quit. All I would like is a mahogany coloring that will cover my gray. If the color I am selecting won’t work with grey then let me know. If the color I want isn’t available in your company, then let me know. If my hair will turn red when I go to use the mahogany,,,,let me know.
