es brenntegal wie lange die Haare ungewaschen sind, während des Auftragens und Wartens brennt es sehr stark. und habe danach Haarausfall, ansonsten ist die Farbe jedesmal sehr schön. Die mitgelieferten Untensilien sind echt gut, man muss nichts zusammensuchen. Die Kundenbetreuung sehr gut, egal welches Anliegen man kümmert sich um einen. Matches my expensive salon color PERFECTLYI was terrified to DIY my copper hair color after COVID hit, and when I finally tried the color my eSalon stylist sent me, I was shocked. It matched my salon color beautifully!!! I’ve never had an issue with hot roots or fading. It seriously looks and feels like I went to the salon, but my wallet is much MUCH happier!! First time userLoved everything I purchased, instructions were so awesome since it has been almost 15 years since I colored my hair. Very professional like packaging, service etc. It was like you becoming your own stylist loved it. My Ideal Color on the First Try!!!!HOORAY!!!! For the first time in coloring my own hair, it is finally the color I wanted!!! I’m so happy!! I have tried other brands and couldn’t get the right color. This is the first time I have used eSalon. I love having my own personal colorist and such great guidelines to follow. Because of them I was able to choose a color that totally works for me. And if I ever need to tweak it, I have the resources right at hand with eSalon.
