Doesn't cover gray hairI wanted so badly to give this company a good review. The packaging is beautiful. The shade is nice and the customer service people have been very helpful BUT the color doesn't cover gray hair. My roots are the same as before and I meticulously followed the directions. If they have a different product , I'd be willing to try again. The first shipment was damaged and they replaced it at no cost ( kudos) so I'm not looking for another free one. Does not cover gray.Please review my notes that I sent. I do not want any new orders. I want a refund. No-one has yet to follow up as stated in your response. Substandard customer service. I had a horrible experience with my first color order - no one called me, now I get an email that my next shipment is on the way; Unacceptable.
