.SpilledThe product arrived damaged. The box was black. Upon opening it . It appears if the lid was not placed tightly on the color bottle and the color spilled in travel. not what I expectedI had high hopes for this kit but the color was too brown, not nearly red enough. 20 long daysI really really want to like this. BUT I ordered on May 14 and post office says hopefully by end of day on June 2nd. Gray came through slightlyI'm not sure what happened I'm not sure if the chemistry of the mix wasn't strong enough for a lot of gray hair? Or I didn't leave it on long enough.
