Dark Blonde Not :(So not happy with my hair color at all custom color was suppose to be a dark blonde...no blonde at all came out a horrible light blah brown. Didn't work for my hairEven though I followed the instructions perfectly, my hair ended up being the exact same colour it was before. My hair also has a frizzy and dry texture now. My instructions were not followed.My initial color was too brown, I canceled my account and was told I'd receive a free shipment if I wanted to try and explain to my "colorist" what it was I was looking for in contrast to what I received. I'm a redhead with just a touch of brown for a slight auburny copper look. I wanted the rich coppery light auburn. The first shipment was equal parts brown and mahogany with a touch of red. NOPE! I took you up on your free offer and requested a touch of brown, no mahogany, and more coppery red. This time it was mostly brown. Period.
