Struggling getting it right!After 3 attempts and adjustments for my base root color, I finally had to go into my stylist, spend the $200 to have her do an all-over color-correct to bring it back to the ash blonde that I've been trying to achieve using your product. I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to get the color right... At first it seems right, then as it fades it turns very orangy and brassy... Love the shampoo & conditioner which I'll continue to use.
