love!Took me a few tries to get the shade right (my hair is medium brown and pulls red like a maniac also I'm overrun with greys at the tender age of38) BUT esalon colorists patiently worked with me and we got it! The dye holds up to shampoos (grateful they send both a skin barrier & color remover for drips and when go off hairline!) Made for you hair colorI bought this hair color for a great 6 week hair color. The first order I got I loved the color but the grey hair didn't cover that great. I let them know and they changed the formula and now it's beautiful color from roots to ends. A box of hair color at a drug store is over priced. Best ProductEven though I love this product more than any other product or salon, I only gave four stars because I wish the color on my gray roots will stay longer. But other than that no other complaints.
