Super ServiceNachtrag: Ich hatte den Kundenservice informiert, dass meine Haarfarbe leider nicht wie gewünscht ist. Sofort bekam ich ein Guthaben und mach einen kurzen Austausch mit einer Coloristin endlich meine gewünschte Haarfarbe :) super danke! Versand ging zügig und die Farbe war leicht aufzutragen, dank Zubehör und Anleitung. Nur leider hat die Farbe nicht ganz meine Bedürfnisse abgedeckt. Da ich gerne meinen Ansatz passend zu den Längen abgedeckt haben wollte. Nun ist der Ansatz leider noch immer dunkel und der Ansatz sehr knallig.
