Good Color...and moreIt's not my color before the grey started but I like the one they mixed for me. I like this product better then "drug store" versions because #1 the color seems to last longer; #2 I really like that I can shampoo the excess colorant out immediately and #3 it gives my hair 'body'. I know most hair colors cause the hair to have some body to it but overall I'm very happy I tried the eSalon product. It costs a little more but I figure "I'm worth it"(Ha, ha.) With your order you are also given 'real latex' gloves not plastic. You also are given samples of their shampoo and conditioner, a 'stain guard' and 'stain remover'. You are given clear,. easy to follow instructions for application. And it is nice how they are always making sure you are satisfied with your results. (They send e-mails asking for feed-back.) Having a 'personal representative' is always a plus with any service. I've used this product 4 or 5 times, had them adjust the color 2 times. And hey, if in the future I want to 'tweak' the color again that's my option. I'm a happy customer. I have really appreciated your hair color product but at 75 and recently widowed I've decided to try to let my hair "go natural" to see if the thinning will stop and also to see if i'll like it. FabulousI fancied a change of colour, but nothing inspired me from the shop colours and unable to afford salon prices, I thought I would try esalon. Really liked the process of explaining your hair type, colour and previous colourings ( it was exactly like a salon) When my kit came, I was super impressed that my name was on the bottles (nothing is ever mine with 4 kids, but these bottles had my name on) I'm not going to lie, I was apprehensive to try the dye, but the process was pretty easy ( better with 2 pairs of hands) and surprisingly didn't smell as bad as I expected, plus half the time taken to dye as usual. The colour itself is lovely, I have deep brown hair with red and purple lowlights, better than expected, I absolutely love it!! My only criticism would be that there isn't quite enough shampoo and conditioner for long hair. My hair now feels thick and soft. I loved it! I'll order again, but not on auto order, pls. note!!I loved the results of the color that was chosen for me. However, I don't use on a regular basis, so I want to be sure I'm NOT on auto order....I prefer to wait to order until I decide it's time to color!
