Best choice.This color was so much more than I dared hope for. The red I'd had previously wasn't what I had asked for and I didn't like the way it looked with my skin tone. After a few emails and photos with the professionals, and now I have a hair color everyone says looks incredible. No more hair color salon for meI have been going to the hair salon for all of my adult life but I hit an age where the grays popped out sooner each week. Every three months turned into every six weeks and the cost was astromical. Found eSalon online. I will admit, it took me a couple of tries to get it right. They adjusted the hair color according to my comments. I don't need appointments anymore. Awesome color!At first I thought it may have been a little darker than I wanted but it isn't. It is a gorgeous color and suites my complexion much better than my salon color. Great at home color; Frustrating customer serviceI actually am impressed with this brand and company. You get a wonderful box with customized color and developer made especially for you. You also get stain guard and removal, shampoo and conditioner. They give you 2 pairs of gloves as well. The color came out nice and I bought the tings rinse as well. I do wish and think it be great to offer free shipping to those who join the plan. My biggest and only real complaint is that customer service seems terrible. I called and asked to adjust my color and add a second bottle but checked my profile and see that what was discussed was not reflected properly to my account. 1st orderI moved and could not find a hair colorist, my roots were starting to remind me of the white line down the center of the highway!! So I happened upon eSalon, I hadn't ever done my own hair. Could it really be that easy? eSalon would set me up with a color plan!! Self said." NO WAY!" But wait for it I did and after a little pep-talk that I can do this. I have to say,"YES,YES,YES!!!!" It was a little tricky doing the back of my hair but I got her done and I'm so impressed! The color is beautiful! My hair is soft and pretty. My personal colorI was sick this month and it too me a few weeks to get to do my hair color. With that said I was more Grey than usual!! Omg I was worried that I waited too long and this may be a problem in covering my grays! I am super happy to say, All the gray is gone! Color was perfect shadeI loved the color .. I have a strawberry blonde shade that is hard to find but they matched it perfectly .. I don't like to really go far from my hair shade but as I get older those stubborn grays/white hairs are showing .. I've done the blonde highlights to hide them but a friend of mine thought I did my hair totally blonde and I was kinda sad because I have always loved the red so I wanted to go back to my original shade but couldn't find anything in a bottle and dreaded paying the salon prices when I knew I could do it myself at home .. I've seen eSalon several times online and thought I would try it .. this is absolutely the best thing ever!!
