Does not cover graysThis did not cover my gray. I followed the directions to a T and even had a friend here with me to go over it. My grays turned blond and after two weeks faded out to the rays again even when using the e salon shampoo and conditioner. ChangeI've noticed that the last 2 times I've dyed my hair, the gray on the side burn area and on the top has been showing within 2 shampoos, I only wash my hair maybe 2 times which I've always done in the past. One of the reasons I kept buying your product was because I didn't see the gray for quite a few shampoos, has it changed? I've changed absolutely nothing. Although, we did change the color a bit, which I like but would rather try a burgandy/red if that's possible to do. Hopefully I will not have any more issues with the gray hair.
