not goodI wrote several reviews and have had no response. I sent you two colors I mix together both with the word "red" in them and a picture showing color of my hair- you sent me dark blonde and it was not at all close. My hair was suppose to be red it is now DARK BROWN!I have strawberry blonde hair and I was going for more of a copper color. I was so excited for this product. I use the hair dye and it turns my hair DARK BROWN!!!! Not only did it not give me the color I want it gave me a color wayyyyy darker than I was asking for. Not even close to the color I was asking. I am very upset and I will have to bleach my hair to be able to fix it which will cost me more money. What a waste of money. It was OK....really nothing special and the shampoo and conditioner left my hair extremely dry. Felt like a bird's nest, despite following instructions. Felt like very strong chemicals, not a big fan. Disappointing overall. I am a little less in love this time.My first experience with this color was wonderful. The second, most recent, color seemed a bit more dull and a little yellower than I would have liked.
