Beautiful color but very slow shippingThe product is great but if i have to buy other coloring product while i am waiting for shipping it defeats the purpose. Reason I am leaving esalon Im so dissappointed ! Cant refer to anyone! spent$100I spent over $100 and my color experience was awful I am not new to esalon but things have changed I guess not enough color and the color I had was awful ! could pay $5 at the store and do better than what was sent to me! ammonia and sulfiteI thought that I was receiving Madison Reed products. I cannot use products with ammonia or sulfites. I had used Madison Reed without any problems that I purchased at Ulta. The product that I received from eSalon caused an allergic reaction with hives requiring the use of rescue allergy medications. I also had scabs on my head for a few days. Mittelblond färbte Haare komplett rotLeider bin ich mit dem Farbergebnis überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Ich hatte gehofft mit eSalon eine gute Alternative zum (doch sehr teuren) Friseurbesuch gefunden zu haben und habe die persönliche Kundenbetreuung als sehr positiv wahrgenommen. Leider zählt am Ende jedoch das Ergebnis und statt eines natürlichen Mittelblonds habe ich nun einen nach meinem Empfinden sehr unansehnlichen roten Haaransatz.
