Hair dried out, like straw and dullTo Whom It May Concern: I don't know if there was a change to the formula this time, but my hair is so dry it feels like straw. I left the color on for 30 minutes as usual. If you could please give me some guidance as to how I can remedy this. I am an otherwise very happy eSalon customer and want to stay with this service. If you could send me some advice as to what to do with this very dry and now dull hair I'd be grateful. My scalp is also a little 'burny' i.e., it tingles and feels a bit hot. FYI, shortly after I started using the product it began frothing and foaming out of the applicator bottle. I should have photographed it but thought it was just that I'd shaken too vigorously. DisappointedNice try but I’m just not getting the rich red I want. Your mix is more brown with reddish tones. Plus, the mix smelled too strongly of ammonia and left my hair a little dry.
