ColorThe mahogany added into the color looks awful when my hair is done. Very dark and want to have lighter natural looking auburn as my overall color when I am finished. I haven't used the last 2 boxes and will try one of them again this week but have not been happy with the darkness as does not look natural on me. Wanted to like thisI’ve been using this product for over a year and am consistently having breakage and poor coverage of grays. I cancelled before my last shipment and it shipped anyway. I somehow always receive the emails that my color HAS shipped but never receive the “your product ships soon” version. I’ve gone back to using a hair colorist. Too darkI had selected a very light blonde due to that being the color I last used. The colorist I worked with said that it was too blonde and would t work with my medium blonde hair. I took her suggestion and she lightened the color she chose for me. However, after doing the color in my hair, it made it darker than I had it, which I didn’t want and feel it looks mousy. Love my colorI just wanna let the stylus know that I love the color a little darker than what I had. I absolutely love it so I wanna thank her and the websites not letting me put five stars. It only let me do one star thank you very much Leslie Walser. P.S. The color did cover the gray. I only saw one gray hair that didn’t get covered. Colour to darkI found communication in the ordering process, very difficult because the email thread went too long and the emails got mixed up. The colour ended up being too dark and dull. Too darkI wish I could figure out the original combo I had for my winter color. It was a little less golden undertones, and more of a mahogany-plum color, a little more in the mahogany. This last color almost looked black. Way too dark 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Color setDeine Zufriedenheit steht bei uns an erster Stelle. Du bist nicht überzeugt? Es geht auf uns. Diese Aussage stimmt nicht. Wollte die dritte bestellte Packung zurückgeben, weil ich bemerkt hatte, dass meine Haare von dieser Colouration kaput gehen. Nun soll den Rückversand einer ungeöffneten Packung bezahlen. Terrible experienceI waited three weeks for my package, only to get the same result as with a random supermarket cheep dye. One of the bottles leaked inside the parcel. The color turned out much warmer than I described. My hair isn’t glossy after the procedure; it looks lifeless and faded, and it didn’t even cover my grey hair.
