Easy to work with - phenomenal resultsI am not a hair person! I just don't know how to do all that stuff but I'm telling you this was almost as easy as washing your hair, the results though were well beyond what I had ever expected, my Daughter who does know what she's doing had dyed my hair red I didn't want to do the upkeep of it so wanted to go back brown, well I've done this before at the salon and it's never easy because they can't take you from red back to brown in one process. Well shame on them because eSalon took me there no problem! I have a lot of grey now that I did not have then as well. I recommend this very much. Not satisfiedThe color is really pretty, but it left my hair feeling very rough and didn't work for me. It also didn't cover the grays around my face. They're still showing. Fades and isn't enough product for my long, thick hairThis would have been really convenient if the color didn't fade so fast and if it always came with a bottle for the roots and ends like the initial order does but unfortunately it only comes with the bottle to do your roots and being that it fades so fast, just doing the roots isn't sufficient as you'll end up with different colored roots and ends. Nicht verträglichHallo, die Farbe ist nicht annähernd so geworden wie versprochen, der Rotstich ist immernoch extrem vorhanden obwohl ich auf meine hohe farbpigmente im Haar hingewiesen habe. Packaging wer amazingThe packaging looked amazing, which initially impressed me. However, my grey roots didn’t take the color at all.,they stayed completely grey. I don’t understand why it didn’t work, especially since I followed all the instructions carefully.
