Very impressedug 16, 4:03 AM PDT LOVED IT! The colorist said she would match it to my natural hair color, which in pictures is darker than in person. The color matched the perceived look, but was darker than my actual. However, I loved it! And as I washed it the color lightened up a bit. There was still color coming out after about 5/6 washes, but overall really really pleased. Only negative would be how strong the smell is for the second application. Not the same colorthe first color I received was perfect, then I wrote that the color didn't seem to last long on my gray hair but overall the color was great. I received my next order I guess with more gray support, this color is way different than my first order it's really dark. Great colorI love my color that the Salon mixed for me, and the absolutely amazing customer service. My only complaint is that it's hard for me to do the dye job, which is my fault, not theirs.
