Products are greatMy issue is with the shipping. It took 9 days to get to me and I had a wedding on the 10th day - so I spent 2 hours of the day before the wedding which was at my home, coloring my hair. I don't understand why it took so long. Great coverageThis was BETTER coverage than what I get at my salon. I can’t even explain why. I pay $80-100 to color my thick long hair just for a few grays. I can’t think of a reason to do that again. Even though I sent my photo requesting a consultation, I just got the color I chose. Which is ok.
