Took 3 Times But Finally Got Great ColorMy first order was terrible it turned my hair orange. I called they sent another order with different formula. I was looking for Burgundy color this turned my hair orange/red. I thought to myself this is the last time I try and wow the color came out perfect. They did resend all the corrections free of charge and I did appreciate that. This last formula exceeded the expectation I had due to the prior 2 colors.
