Sadly didn't cover GreyI gave all the information on my salon color (Brand/forumla) as well as general information about my hair. I watched all the videos (some multiple times) and followed instructions to the T as best I could here on my own....Sadly while it has "muted" the grey it didn't cover it....is there something else I should do? adjustment to formula? just try again? can't see on the website how to reach out to my colorist.....love the idea of this and hope can get more information to make it work better 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

went brown instead of blongI received my color the other day and dyed my hair with the color that was adjusted based on my photo. I was trying to go more blond and the color that is "dark blond" made my hair darker. I don't hate it but my original intent was to go more blond not more brown.
