Love eSalon products!I’ve been using eSalon hair color & conditioning products for quite a few months now, and I am always pleased with the results I get. Since I live in Hawaii, my hair takes a beating from the sun & humidity, and has a tendency to bleach out quicker. So I’ve had to change my color formula recently, which was quite easy! A quick phone call and conversation with a colorist and a new formula is made up. I just tried it, and I am shocked at how good it came out. They had warned me not to be concerned by the name, just to trust that it would take care of the brassiness, give it some depth, but without changing the basic color too much. It’s absolutely perfect! The best part is that it costs me a fraction of what a salon job here on the island would charge! Awesome Customer Service!I am so happy with esalon! For the same amount of money I used to spend on drugstore hair color I get custom color and expert advice for free. I chose a color and really was unsure about it. I received an email from a esalon colorist suggesting a slightly different shade and it's perfect. Thanks so much for the great customer service. Can't Live Without This Now!I've coloured my hair for a long time - a very long time - and been round and round trying to find the perfect colour: mixing different boxes of colour, adding this and taking away that - in other words, experimenting on my hair! Didn't always get the results I was looking for and yes, I've turned my hair orange! Thank heavens I found esalon an decided to give it a try. The colour is always wonderful and love that I can change the shading - or even the entire colour - if I want. And they do it right, no more experimenting for me! I also love their other products. Still in the process of finding the combo to make my hair perfect again, but whatever I try always makes some kind of improvement. Last - I love that I can ask a question and there's always a real, living, breathing person giving the answer. And they REALLY seem to care! Like they want my hair to get where I want it nearly as much as I do. No tricks to keep me buying more products, either! I trust them and that means a lot. SUPER HAPPY WITH MY COLOR!!!I have been coloring my hair professionally for twenty years. I have never had a colorist nail my color the first time. They always have to make adjustments. This is the FIRST time my hair color came out exactly the way I wanted it to. My colorist mixed two colors for me: a deeper one for my roots and brighter for my ends. Being a copper-blonde, redhead, it is really super hard to find a color that is deep enough and not brassy. My color was multidimensional and it has lasted very well. I did order eSalon, Tint Rinse which I started to use twice a week, three weeks after I first colored my hair to keep my hair color fresh, It has been two months since I colored my hair and my hair still looks great. My roots look fantastic still. My color looked so good that when I went to my hairdresser for a trim, he asked me if I was cheating on him. He couldn't believe I used eSalon. The color didn't burn my scalp (which always happens at the hairdresser) and my hair came out super soft and shiny. I do recommend their shampoo and conditioner. They are very nice and keep your hair color looking good and your hair conditioned. Order the Tint Rinse too to keep your color looking fresh between colorings. ❤❤❤❤❤I love my color! I am super picky about my hair color and religiously had a salon appointment every 5 weeks to cover my greys...... until my stylist canceled on me twice. I was desperate and didn't want to do a supermarket box color. I followed the easy instructions and ordered my color. I was nervous because my greys are more white and my stylist struggled with my roots coming out "hot". When I received my color I crossed my fingers, said a prayer, and put it on. I love the results! The color is better than my salon color. Full rich root coverage. My hair feels amazing! I have gotten so many compliments on this color!
