So pleasantly surprised!What a great experience! I loved taking the quiz and uploading photos of what my hair looks like at it’s best. The directions were clear and I loved the color. LOVE LOVE LOVEThe first kit I received didn't entirely live up to the color I selected (Intense Pearl), but I was willing to give it time to grow on me. BUT based on my review, my colorist adjusted the formula and now it's absolutely PERFECT! Dark and bright at the same time- exactly what I asked for!
