The colorist spent 20 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions and fully explaining the process. The color arrived on time, with clear instructions. Top QualitätDie Farbe an und für sich ist sehr gut...top Qualität. Es hat selbst nach dem färben es geschafft meine spröden, trockenen Haare zu bändigen.
