It leaves the hair smooth and soft with a subtle flower scent. I have coarse hair and most other conditioners can not soften my hair enough. eSalon classic conditioner is the one most suitable my hair type.

I’ve tried many brands and I have to say this is one of my favorites. The conditioner and shampoo leave my hair super soft and smooth. Glad I found this!

This is the best conditioner ESalon makes in my opinion. I have tried others of theirs over the years, but I always come back to this old standard. This is the one they pack with the hair color set. I hope they ever replace it!! The first time I used it I was surprised how well it left my hair. It never fails to leave my hair soft and shiny.. This conditioner after the Color Care shampoo is the best combination I have ever used... A bonus - these two products also come in individual travel size packs... Ten stars for them both!!!

I was very impressed with this product, you don’t have to use much (I have short hair), and it felt very good going on, I always leave my conditioner on 2-3 minutes, and on top on that I put a smidge of Wen conditioning as a leave-in

This is my go to shampoo. I have tried other ESalon formulas for shampoo, but none froths like this one. It also smells the best!! I am glad that this is the formula that they ship with the hair color. It leaves hair soft and shiny..

I cannot describe how happy I am with my hair color and the products I’ve purchased from eSalon. The shampoo and conditioner are so fresh and clean smelling and work wonderfully with my hair, which is naturally curly. I love that I can manage my order so easily online. Sometimes I need it sooner because of a haircut and sometimes I don’t need it for a couple weeks after the auto-ship date. I’m in control of everything from the color right up to the time it arrives at my front door. Thanks so much to everyone at eSalon! 💞💇🏻♀️💞

eSalon created my perfect hair color. It matches perfectly my natural hair color in a very natural looking way. I love having a personal colorist who reviews my profile and prepares my own custom shade. I highly recommend eSalon!

This shampoo really does clean my hair. It feels very clean and almost squeaky clean. It doesn't feel soft though at all and after applying the corresponding conditioner it really made it feel soft tot the touch .

For my hair type, which is drier and coarse, the eSalon classic conditioner works so much better than any other conditioner I have used. It doesnt take away the bounce in my hair and I like that it helps with flyaways. I can add mousse after towel drying and allow hair to air dry. Just brush it out, and boom! Perfect hair with bounce and shine.

This conditioner smells wonderful and leaves your hair feeling soft and hydrated. Does not leave residue and does not weigh hair down. I recommend this conditioner for all hair types.

The Classic Shampoo is great! It's a must have shampoo for use after coloring hair to release the hair color, and also to maintain color until the next color application. I love the scent, and also that I don't have to shampoo twice before the shampoo gets sudsy. (I prefer the original pump-style bottle to the new one.)

This product makes my hair feel so healthy. There is also a shine to my hair. It must be the combination of the shampoo and eSalon hair color. I’m hooked on these products. I also use the conditioner.

Keeps my hair in great shape. Once I switched to eSalon shampoo and conditioner my hair looked even healthier. I also had itchy scalp which hasn’t been a problem since I switched!

This shampoo is wonderful. It leaves my hair in great condition. It lathers nicely and makes my hair very manageable. Better than any store-bought shampoo I have ever used.

This shampoo is excellent i have horrible water out here where i live this stuff works better then the really expensive crap i have bought and it seems to last forever!! Very gentle and my hair has not faded at all!!! Its worth saying....my hair was VERY damaged before this color and shampoo. The color is amazing too!!

I love the shampoo! My hair always feels so good after washing it with this shampoo! My husband even uses it and he does not color his hair. He says it feels cleaner when using this shampoo!
