For being sulfate-free I'm amazed at the lather this shampoo creates. I increased time between my 1st and 2nd color because my color lasted so much longer than any store bought kit ever used. I feel very confident in saying it lasted longer because of the amazing formula for this shampoo.

Gorgeous shampoo and conditioner. A little goes a long way! Lots of lather from the shampoo. Conditioner was very easy to rinse, didn't leave my hair feeling heavy and it is so smooth and shiny after just once use.
Both products smell divine! I had lots of comments from friends and colleagues. :-)

I haven't been using this duo very long but i do like the products enough to say that i would repurchase them in the future as i recently had a LOT of bleaching done to my hair and it has been through alot!
I can say this Duo has restored the shine and silky softness back into my hair whilst taking care of the colour as i haven't had to apply any toners or purple shampoo for weeks. So far its meeting the expectations and i'm glad i tried it.

I didn't realize there was such a difference in using a shampoo and conditioner with no sulfates! My hair is now soft and shiny and the color lasts much longer!

These are great shampoo & conditioner for color treated hair. The shampoo cleans well and washes out easily and the conditioner tops it by making your hair soft and manageable, the scent on both are nice but not overpowering. I'm happy with this purchase.

I have struggled to find a shampoo and conditioner that I like for years. This is the first one I’ve liked in years. It makes my hair soft but not greasy. I can go days without washing it. I’ve gotten so many compliments since using it!

The first time I used your product I was amazed at how soft and hydrated my hair looked and felt! I received so many compliments. And I love my hair again... Instead of putting it up in bun or ponytail because it was dull, dry and getting patches of gray , I wear it down with confidence.

Was skeptical at first but for the price, I had to give it a try. I am very satisfied with the results, my hair was in bad shape with dryness and severe split ends but this combo has made a grand difference without even having to cut any of it off. Will continue to purchase them. Thank you!

I absolutely LOVE this shampoo and conditioner duo!
I have extremely LONG ( past my butt), extremely thick hair.... so having said that, my only complaint on this set is that the shampoo lasts far far longer than the conditioner. If only you made larger bottles of conditioner, I would be in heaven! I never use anything else on my hair… My hair is like Sampson- it’s my vanity and it’s my Strength. I love my hair and wouldn’t trust it with anything other than esalon. Incredible Product!

I have colored my hair for years and have never had a product that worked so good. I had let all of my color grow out and had a white streak of hair in the front. This color completely covered all my gray evenly. Most products I would have had a light red tint. I will be using this product from now on. Thank you esalon!

I love the way these products make my hair feel! And a little goes a long way. I have a ton of thick hair and I only have to use an amount a little bit bigger than a quarter.

As with all the products I have tried so far, I am happy with this shampoo. Its very gentle on my hair. My color seems to last longer between colorings, doesn't fade my color. Very happy with ths product

Both the shampoo and conditioner were very gentle on my hair. The shampoo did not need multiple applications to rinse the color out which made me a little worried that it might be strong and dry my hair out- but it did not. Plus once I applied the conditioner it got even better. In fact I actually had to debate if I needed the leave in or not.

Do not let the super cheap looking bottles fool you- this shampoo (and the conditioner) are the best thing out there. I feel like I finally found a shampoo for home that gives my hair that silky soft full never greasy wonderful feeling I used to only get when I went to the salon.
I’ve got thick hair, around shoulder length and only buy these every 2 or so months. I only wash my hair 2 -3 times a week because it stays clean and fresh, and no buildup.
Yep, they nailed the formula.
Sure, the bottle and label (branding) look like something from the dollar store (seriously ugly- marketing, are you reading this?!) but they do work.
I prefer this regular formula and find it cleans and conditions perfectly and my hair stylist says it’s great. She is also completely impressed that I manage a totally natural brown that doesn’t look dyed or fakey. I could never color my own hair before and constantly had to pay hundreds for color fixes. Esalon has been a game changer and money saver for me. Yay!
PS: I’m not an employee, not paid or incentivized - I just love their stuff. Except, you know, the packaging! It looks like Mary Kay barfed.

I really love this Shampoo and have no hesitation in recommending it. Nice fragrance, good lather, cleans well. As soon as it is back in stock I will order more! My only suggestion would be to change to a tube rather than a bottle as I find I need to shake and squeeze the bottle quite a few times to get the product out. Same for the Conditioner. I hope this is considered but regardless I will continue to order.

They sent this to me as a courtesy because i messed up in the washing the dye out process. I appeciate it so much. Great smell and does an amazing job cleansing. Im a esalon client for life now.

Great everyday shampoo and conditioner. My hair is fine so I need volume so have changed it on my next order to the volume shampoo and conditioner as it states colour protecting too. Other volume shampoos strip my colour so hoping the eSalon will be different. I will post a review when used.
