This works very well. My hair color looks great, less brassy. However, it’s too hard to use because it’s very thin and completely runny. It gets all over and makes a big mess. Otherwise it works.

It's very misleading- comes out way too easy almost like water but once you apply it turns into great lathery product. I was really impressed by change in texture. Felt like hair was getting good saturating product, foamy feeling but easy to blend into hair. Used after shampooing, left in few minutes rinsed and followed up with conditioner. Hair looked shinier, healthy no oily or dry residue. Warning though it definitely pours out easily when you open the cap and can leave streaks of color in shower if not careful. The only other tiny negative is doesn't really cover any grays you may have. Other than that really liked it and will continue to use. Good for general overall touch up/color refresher.

Didn’t use when directed however a newer recent order was also not as requested and was way too ashy and used this immediately to try and take some ash out which I did do.

Followed directions. Used product to color correct after highlights that were too brassy put in by a professional. I explained carefully the mahogany highlights that I wanted and asked for a toner.
Ended up paying almost $300 for a different professional to correct the mess.

The first time I applied this one, it shined and coloured the parts where I literally smacked the colour on my hair. But I had patches of hair that didn't take in the colour although I felt like I'd massaged and spread it over all of my hair. Because red colours don't stick very well, I guess, the difference between the tint and the original colour, no matter how close originally, was quite noticeable. I had to reapply and wash my hair again before going out in public.
I really did like the brightness and the shine once it was applied to the rest of my hair.
It did wash out fairly quickly, but that's to be expected.

This was a suggested product for me to purchase with my custom color and I used it according to the instructions. It really messed my hair color up. It deposited a really unattractive color very unevenly. I am so disappointed. I would never recommend this product. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get it out of my hair.

I do think it freshened the color a bit. However, every time I used it, my hair felt like straw afterwards -damaged - even though I used conditioner and a mask. My hair never feels like that usually, and I have very short hair so it doesn't even have time to accumulate damage... I used it a few times and ended up throwing the rest out.

Eine tolle Sache mit der Vorbehandlung, die Tönung ist tatsächlich gleichmässig geworden! Einfach toll.
Aber hat eventuell das Tint Rinse, meine Haarfarbe recht orangefarben gemacht...ich weiss es nicht. Auf jedenfall habe ich die Einwirkzeit eingehalten. Deshalb leider 2 Sterne Abzug.

Leider nicht mein Produkt. Die Haare sind extrem trocken nach der Anwendung und sehr struppig. Erst nach mehreren Wäschen wird das Haar wieder weicher.
Aber vielen Dank für die unkomplizierte Retoure :)

Hair broken off and smell unbearable. This is for e salon colour

This is for the colour not the tint rinse. I used e salon, I lived tge colour and had no problems.
This time however was a different story.
The smell of Ammonia was unbearable and made my eyes stream.
I have just been to my hairdresser to get my hair trimmed as I am growing it.
She informed me that whatever I had coloured my hair with had caused it to break off, she showed me tge back and I could see this.
I always had long thick hair and want to grow it longer, but she had to cut 3 inches off, I am heartbroken. I am an ex hairdresser, so know how to apply colour, I also used high quality hair products, Olaplex, redken and heat protection on my hair when styling.
I can no longer have colour on my ends, and gave booked to have my roots done at my hairdressers.
The condition of my hair has been compromised because of e salon colours. I don't know what happened because when I used it in lockdown it was fine

Used twice. Couldn't tell at all. If stored cap down, which is natural, it leaks heavily. So incredibly disappointed to have wasted my money.

Wouldn’t recommend this, doesn’t remove the brassiness at all, just a gimmick that is quite pricey for what it is.

If you use a ton of it, it would last about a week or one wash. Depends on how often you wash your hair. Otherwise, only lasts about couple of days.

The smell is so nice, but unfortunately, it hasn't helped to reduce the red brass from my medium brown hair once the hair colour starts fading. I've tried so many toning products and this one was promising, but my hair is stubborn and it just wasn't effective for me (even when leaving it on for 10 minutes).

Ich habe es jede Haarwäsche benutzt und muss leider sagen, dass ich kein Unterschied wahrnehmen kann. Der Rotstich geht nur mit genügend Aschanteil in meiner Haarfarbe weg. Schade. Ich werde es jetzt aufbrauchen.

I purchased this item hoping it would add some depth of colour and cover some grey. I think it’s too early to say as only used twice but it does colour my hair, on first use it was a bit copper/red tones and more brown on second use. I’m hoping for more brown as I use it more regularly!!

I found this to be very watery and honestly did not show much results. I have use two different tints in between my shampoos. Either of the other brands worked far better…..sorry.

My natural hair was true auburn and now with gray roots it’s professionally colored auburn. I was hoping this product would just enhance the deeper red and make the hair shine. Unfortunately, the lighter sections of my hair picked up the magenta tones and now my hair appears to be highlighted with pink. I’ve washed it 2 more times but it’s quite resistant to the color safe shampoos I use. Hopefully it will wear out soon because I really don’t want to use a detox shampoo that strip out my desired color. Guess I should have gone with copper but I was worried about it being too orange.

Adds red to your hair, but be careful to use it all over otherwise you will have some red in one place and nothing in the other spots. I would be careful about recommending this.

I used the light set but highlights very brassy so ordered this product hoping it would help to reduce the red tones but didn't work.

The tint rinse color that was suggested made my hair look like a penny. It also stained the liner of my new walk-in shower. Very discouraged this time around

it grabbed my hair and deposited the worst red tone--it looked so fake I had to try and remove the color with dish detergent. Luckily I was seen for a haircut yesterday and my stylist took pity on me and had a product available to remove the worst of it. I will never use it again. I feel like I should get my money back on this product. Terrible product!! And this was recommended!!!

I don’t think this product made any difference to my hair, this is just my experience as everybody's hair is different, it’s quite messy in the shower , not sure I would purchase again

Very intense, pinkish red color

I have lighter hair and this color is bright and intense, I just washed it through and rinsed immediately, didn’t wait 1-2 minutes. The color is a bright pinkish candy red shade which isn’t really what I was looking for, I shampooed with a clarifying shampoo and hot water right after and it faded to a better looking tint but I think this would be better for a darker blonde or light brown:

I am a natural redhead (light copper blonde) with some grays so I dye the grays to match. I used the tint rinse in copper color and it made my color very uneven and blotchy.

First be careful it is very runny. Secondly I honestly didn’t see a change in the toning the brass in the hair color but it did make the ends blonder.

I wanted to like this product but unfortunately I didn't. It made my hair feel greasy after using it. I tried using less but it still felt the same. And I didn't really notice any difference in the color while I was using it. This product was not for me

I don’t know if maybe I got a faulty one but mine so so incredibly runny like water that I could barely hold it in my hands let alone put it evenly into my hair. Also because it went everywhere it stained my tub. Wish this product was thicker and useable. Also leaks red out of the tube everywhere.
