I recently went brunette after being a bleach blonde for 15 years. This tint rinse provides shine and almost a golden highlight effect-- something I really needed, so that the drastic change didn't feel so heavy.

I love this stuff!! I don't have to use a lot, and it gives my hair just the right highlights, Not too overpowering, but just enough color so I know it's there!! The color of the tint is very pretty with the custom color I have , just perect.

Really brightened my highlights. Gave a very sunny color. Will probably apply it a bit more strategically so it’s not so bright. I like how it tones my random platinum streaks around my face.

This is a lovely addition to your hair colour which gives your hair a colour boost between dye application. I usually use it about once a week after shampooing and before conditioner.

I use the Tint Rinse every time I wash my hair, which is every 3-5 days. It helps keep the brassiness to a minimum. I still have some left from my first monthly coloring with eSalon, which was 3-4 months ago. I like the product very much.

The custom color set got my hair black as it used to be. I'm 58, male, and in a profession where I'm judged on appearance. But this was really nailed down by the use of the Tint Rinse. The two combined are a knock-out punch. Highly recommended. I'm copying this review into the Tint Rinse, btw,

I really like this tint rinse. I went from a blonde to light brown and this helps to keep my color looking great. The first time I used it my daughter asked if I did something different. It really adds richness to your color.

This is my favorite toner! My hair usually goes brassy a few weeks after dying and using this once a week keeps it under control! This also only takes a tiny amount so I feel like the bottle lasts forever!

I use this once a week for an instant color and shine boost and I love the golden sparkle it imparts on my perfect eSalon color. I find it really helps tone the pesky greys in between colorings, as they generally begin to show about 2 weeks after coloring for me. This tint rinse gives them a golden hue and instantly blends them into my light golden brown hair, making them look like golden highlights instead of grey. Love it! Will definitely continue using this product weekly between coloring.
Also, loving the boost of shine!
My hair was straw before joining the eSalon gang, using this with the Alterna Caviar shampoo and conditioner has been a game changer for me - samples were included with the color kit and I was hooked! (I still use the Olaplex bond building system once a month, steps 3-5; and Olaplex 6-7 after every wash).
Don't skip this product, it's worth it!

I just used this for the first time. It's been about 3-4 weeks since applying my color. I definitely noticed a more golden tone to my hair! Smells great, too.

Between colorings of my hair with my regular eSalon color, I noticed that my top hairline, where most of my gray is, had that red tinge that before using eSalon I touched up with an OTC root touch-up. I decided to add the tint rinse to my last order and have used it as a between colorings color refresh. It did the trick. It balanced my color, the red was neutralized and my hair color was even. No more OTC touch-ups for me. This tint rinse does the trick. I’ll be keeping it in my order.

I was a little hesitant to try this as I like the red highlights in my hair, but for summer, this golden rinse gives my hair some nice highlights that look very natural and pretty.

I love how the Tint Rinse evens out the color and keeps the "yellow" away. Easy to use, and leaves my hair feeling silky and smooth. Good value for the price!

Love this stuff! Works perfectly. It didn't dry out or tangle my hair. Refreshed my dark brown hair perfectly and did not turn it red. MUST HAVE!!!!!!!!! I use it 1 a week for a color refresh.

I use this every time I shampoo because it definitely delays the inevitable fading of red hues. I really like it because it adds depth - it isn't just a flat red, and it is shimmery, so it makes my hair look healthier than it really is. Also, the tint does not stain anything in the shower, which is a huge plus. Most of the tint rinses I've used in the past have left me scrubbing the shower after I used it - and there is still a stain on my sink from one I tried five years ago, so this is a big deal for me.
The only thing to be careful of is that you MUST leave it on for at least 4-5 minutes for maximum results. I don't see as great results when I use it for three minutes, or am rushing. It ensures a more even application and avoids that splotchy look.
I was pleasantly surprised that when I washed my hair at night, it did not leave a trace on my pillow either. If you dye red, you don't know how much you need this product to keep your red vibrant and fresh. Also, I did NOT get paid for this review, in case you are wondering. I just really like it :-)

This product was recommended by Esalon. I didn't think I needed it or would use it. I noticed a brilliance in my color with the first use and now I can't imagine my hair without it. I immediately added it to my autoship and so glad I did😊

Couldn’t believe it actually did what it was suppose to. I’ll never dye my hair with anyone else! It freshened up my hair! Love the products.. keep up the great job!

Made a definite difference and added a lot of zest to my hair colour. Worked really well on the majority of the hair although had little impact on new growth and none at all on greys. But on balance, a good weekly top up and added shine.

Musste mich zuerst daran gewöhnen, dass die Farbpflege schäumt wie ein Shampoo.
Aber das Ergebnis ist super. Die Pflege intensiviert nicht nur die Farbe, sie macht auch einen tollen Glanz.
Klasse Produkt und perfekt zwischen den Färbungen geeignet!

I'm not sure exactly what this product is doing, or how it's doing it, but it makes my hair look and feel amazing! My hair is MUCH shinier, silkier and more manageable. As far as I can tell, it enhances the color too:) Definitely will continue using it!

I really like this rinse as a treatment for my blond/ red brassiness. It tones down my hair leaving the tint I colored it come through and last until I dye it again. I use it about twice a week.
