While I love the quality and amount of color received, the color is way off what I expected to receive. After submitting a picture, and asking for assistance as well, I am very disappointed in how dark and blah the color is. I received a way bette color in a previous order years ago. My search continues for the perfect color

I really like this product, but the copper version I need has been out of stock for nearly 6 months. If it's not available you should just take it off the website, but actually stocking it would be more valuable!

I’ve tried this twice since receiving it and both times I had way too much hair fall out both in the process of using and just after towel drying and combing out. It was horrible.
My suggestion would be if you have very fine hair don’t use this product or just be prepared for major hair loss.
Not a product for me.

I tried highlights for the first time over the weekend. WOW! It scared me so badly because my hair was getting stiff and I couldn't portion the buns up correctly, so after several attempts I finally just gave up and started placing the highlight mixture on my hair. My bottom layer was thin and I didn't know how far to go in back. This was my first attempt and it was not how I thought it would be, it was hard to do but I did ok with it (I think) I just didn't know far back to go. The 2nd layer no different and with more hair than the first it was even more difficult. I couldn't comb thru it as it was sticking to the bottom layer. I still didn't know how far back to go, I continued to stir the mixture to keep it smooth, but it wasn't going on my hair as smooth and easy as the video showed (guess my lack of knowing did me in). The top layer was the worst as it was hard to keep separated from the layers below. I was really getting nervous by this time. I had it everywhere on top of my head!!! Seriously, I rinsed it out in 15 minutes because I was afraid of what it was going to look like. I would like to try it again, but have total reservations... the video was good, but maybe one that goes into it a bit further! Thanks, P Mason.

I don't see any tint in my hair from the tinted love. But my hair is black so maybe it's so subtle that I don't notice. In any case, clearly I don't need it. Probably better on lighter hair.

After restyling of products, the tub color enhancers disappeared, replaced by toning masks that have no reds option and the tint rinse with copper out of stock. I’ve called and complained for multiple months. No one knows anything but everyone says sorry. Gee. Thank for ignoring the reds.

This product is not very thick so when you open the bottle be cautious of it coming out thin and quickly. The tint is easy to massage in and rinses nicely without making your hair feel brittle. I wish it would give my hair a more obvious purple tint. On the fence if I will purchase again.

I see all these 5 star reviews so I'm at a loss as to what I did wrong. Hot pink streaks and I'm just praying it fades quickly. I bought this to save money but I may have to spend more because if it to go to a salon to fix this.

I really really wanted to like this product. I have naturally light brown hair that I died red awhile back and I am trying to get it back to my natural color. After dying my hair many times (every 4-6 weeks) with ash brown hair dye the red is showing through so I thought I would try a red neutralizer. Thank god I did a test strand because the little bit I dyed has a nice green tint to it. Not what I am going for. I have an appointment to get my hair colored in a few weeks so hopefully a professional can help tone down the red but I was hoping that I could achieve the results on my own rather than shelling out $$$ for a salon. Oh well. Product worked great for others but it didn't work for me.

Unfortunately, even though I really hoped, this product didn’t make any difference to my hair. I have a bad red undertone in my brown hair but this product couldn’t help me get rid of it.

It didn't do anything to my hair and it definitely did not remove any redness or orange tones after leaving it in for 30 minutes 4 times:(
I really was hoping it was going to work as I do not want to color it again but my hair looks gruesome with this brazzy color especially in daylight..

I am Asian; have very dark brown hair with lot of greys. I dye my hair a dark ash blond to get a medium brown color. After a couple of washes, I get brassy red tones. My problem is a typical scenario from what am told.
I just tried the Tint Rinse and I still have the brassyness and the rinse actually left a red hue.

This was not the ah-ha hair moment I was hoping for. I think the product is a little watery, and honestly did not see much of a difference after using twice in three days. I was hoping the result would be like “yay! Now I dont have to dye my hair for a couple more weeks.” But not really.

Update: Callled for return. Was told the “100% Satisfaction” only applies to hair color and I need to return the toner in the original box (which I don’t have) at my own expense.
I highly recommend NOT to buy.

I have medium to light brown hair with brassy tones. I tried the red nuetralizer and it didn’t help at all! It made my hair sticky even though I rinsed it like crazy. Also, it severely dried out my hair. I will be requesting a refund or trowing it away. Very disappointed.

For the money, this does not do more than a drugstore brand or something you can grab at the salon for less. Again, super small tube too that came maybe half full.

I thought this would be a good tool to have on hand to use between colors if my gray or white started showing again. However, the first time I used it, it poured out of the spout all over me and it was hard to direct it to where it should go.
I would not recommend this tool for anyone to buy.

I have tried this product only a few times, and unfortunately, each time I have used it my scalp has broken out with itchy bumps. I am quite sensitive to many skin products, and so this is just another situation of being allergic to a product. I had mentioned my sensitivity when I ordered the products. Thankfully, none of the other eSalon products caused any problem for me.

If you have brown hair with highlights... DO NOT use this to tone the brown!!! It will stain your highlights with a hideous blue grey tint! I’m praying this comes all way out of my highlights over the next few days. I had high hopes for this product Correcting brassy tones in the brown color but after doing more research I now believe a demipermanent hair color on my brown would have been better. This also did not do much to the brown to tone it.

I was so embarrassed to go out after I used this, It was so heavy and deep in color and when I applied it, it was not consistent thru out the application. Unless you want to look like Bozo the Clown, I would not purchase this product!

This tint is thin and really messy. It isnt as easy to use as the DEVOTED to HUE.

I am very disappointed that after watching you tube videos showing dramatic results and reading glowing reviews, this product did nothing to change the warmth in my hair color. I followed the instructions to a T, but it made no difference. Very disappointed that I am now out the $$ I spent.

Used light set and got this to counteract brassiness. While it did help, I don't think there was enough blonde in my hair to make a difference.

I have light brown natural hair and the color didn't show. I wanted so much to like this product I tried it twice....and nothing! Kinda feel like I wasted my money. Maybe another color would have worked better!!!!! I didn't see any other reviews on the blonde.

Even after the first use my hair felt like straw. After several more uses and deep conditioning/hot oils it has calmed down the red. But then it turned my blonde highlights green.

I purchased the one the was supposed to help take brass or red tones out of brown hair after coloring it. This product didn’t help at all and it made my hair feel awful. Very drying.

Always a fan of esalon products, but fund the Tinted LOVE a disappointment. After several uses, I saw no visible difference after each use. My hair is a medium golden brown so this may be a better product for a lighter shade of hair.

I wish this product had worked well because I really liked It! Until I noticed it had tinted my dark blonde ash copper hair pink after A few uses. It took a lot of shampoos to finally fade. I would try it again in a different color if it comes back in stock. I was also disappointed that esalon didn't offer a refund or replacement product when I contacted them directly about my experience with it.

I am sad to say this product does not do what is says it will. It does not help enhance your color or give it any brightness that I can see at all. I really love their hair color and have used that for many months now but every "other" product they have (shampoo ect) that I have tried has been very bad. : (

Well for starters I thought the look was the only thing being changed. But this product is completely different. It’s more liquidy so it drips all over the place and when applied to the hair it makes soap. Which is not completely a bad thing but it doesn’t work the same as the old one that came in a short round Tub which was thicker therefore easier to apply and leave on. For some reason the differences inpact a lot on the brightness in your hair. With the old one my hair was bright red. With this one still looks faded.

I have milk chocolate hair with a minor red hue, and I wanted to take the red hue out. The tiny balancer is out of stock so I hoped the booster would help at least make it a bit darker. And nothing, still have that red hue and my hair even looked a little washed out. Ugh

I used the entire bottle of this and I noticed no reduction in the brassiness of my hair I watched a youtube video that featured this product and I think it would benefit the company to remove it because it set my expectations way too high but it did leave my hair a bit shinier
