Red/copper tints always seem to fade more quickly - I've been wishing for something to lift and renew the vibrancy of my colour between treatments - now I only know it's time to do it by the roots (which aren't as starkly different either!)

It actually made my hair have more red and copper undertones instead of neutralizing it. I just don't like this product. It also affected the texture of my hair, not better.

I tried this rinse recently and I was really excited about it. However, it would not seem lather into my hair at all. Which means that it does not distribute throughout the hair. There did not seem to be a difference in how it came out either. I would not really recommend this product. But I do love the hair color services that this brand offers. I recommend it to someone almost weekly.

The first time I received this, and used it, I lost a handful of product because of the top. I wrote in and suggested that they change this to a squeeze type tube, so as to not lose/waste the product. I was thanked, but nothing has changed...so I have since removedthis from my repeat order. If packaging is change, I may think about adding it back.

I thought it was more of a permanent color that would help in between my colors. It did teach me to do more review before purchasing something I did not know enough about. It was added to my regular color box for quite some time, because I kept forgetting to remove it. I did finally remember to remove it and everything was fine from then on.

I used the tint rinse after coloring my hair and ash brown to get the red tones out and my hair is now even more copper red than it was before I dyed it! This tint did nothing for my hair.

Using this has helped my roots not to show so much when they are starting to show my gray hair. What I don't like is how watery this product is. You end up losing half the product to the shower floor! They should instruct to pour your amount your wanting to use in a hair dyeing bottle, and apply in front of a mirror. Otherwise, it's all going to go everywhere!

I haven’t found this product to give noticeable results, could be because my blonde highlights are not blonde they are auburn, I will try to leave both on longer and see if that helps.

Unfortunately I did not notice any difference to my hair so not worth the money in my opinion. Could do with sending gloves with it as you do with the colour kit as it’s very messy to use without them.

This rinse made my hair frizzy

It didn’t do what it says it does. My hair was frizzy, dry and color didn’t improve. I was looking forward for this product to work, since my ends start getting dry after 2 weeks and hair color start losing its shine. Also, can’t find instructions on how to apply. It doesn’t say what amount to apply, it’s supposed to be a rinse but it’s foamy like a shampoo would be. It left my hair worse than what it was. I forgot to cancel it after my first bottle so I received a second one that I won’t use. At least for me, it didn’t work.

This will turn your hair, especially your roots, bright orange. The color you apply after it doesn't take out all of the orange. Do not recommend unless you want red-orange tones. I asked for light brown hair, I don’t know why red-orange would EVER be recommended as a color fill for light brown. I wish I had followed my gut instead of “trusting the process,” because this color couldn’t be further from what I wanted. I like almost every color on my hair. You all happened to find the one color I cannot stand. What a waste!

Mir ist die Pflege Tint Rinse-Gold definitiv zu gelb. Also macht nicht das was ich erwartet habe. Aber wenn jemand genau gelb möchte, dann ... besonders das graue Haar wird ganz gelb.

The tint rinse made my mids and ends grayish purple( my hair has been lt blonde for 30years I wanted to go a little darker ( golden blonde). My roots ate golden with grey showing and ends grayish purple... they've had 3 tries to fix it. They didn't bother on this shipment, so I'm canceling my esalon autoship, very didpleased...

Ich habe die Tint Rinse 3 min. auf mein frisch gewaschenes Haar einwirken lassen und nachdem mit Spülung nachgewaschen. Nachdem ich meine Haare trocken föhnte, habe ich leider gar keinen Unterschied festgestellt.
Auch kam es ohne deutsche Beschreibung an, so dass man erstmal das Englische auf der Tube ins Deutsche übersetzen lassen musste.

They had me use this before my actual color to give my hair a good base I guess? My hair came out super splotchy. If you like dimension in your hair, it's probably not the way to go. Unless you like your hair being all the same color without highlights/lowlights. It would probably work better on dark hair.

I ordered this to use on my roots in between (temporary) tints at the salon. The tint my stylist used (a similar golden mahogany) lasted for about 2 months. This tint didn’t cover grays or my natural color at all for any amount of time. I even tried it a second time and left it on for much longer. My hair was shiny afterwards and looked healthier, but the whole point was to color my hair. It had the right label and looked like the same color coming out of the package. It was really watery, though? Did I get a defective product?

After the unsuccessful dyeing, I applied the provided tint. While the color of the tint seemed promising, the result was disappointing—definitely pinkish, not orange as expected.

I have natural copper hair, and I’ve colored my hair auburn. When I used the copper I didn’t see a difference - maybe it’s because I have natural undertones of copper. Also note that it is a shampoo, and not a hairmask.

Bonjour je crois vous avoir commandé un soins après shampooing , et j’ai reçu un shampooing, ça mousse et mes cheveux était tout rêche obligé de faire un vrai masque après, et franchement j’ai laissé posée 5minutes mais c’est pas ouf la couleur,je suis vraiment déçu, vue le prix.j’ai d’autres produits qui font beaucoup plus d’effets.donc j’aimerais avoir quelques précisions sur ce que j’ai reçu merci

I like the color deposit, but I don’t like how my hair feels after using the tint rinse. I do follow the directions on the tube and even leave my conditioner in for a couple of extra minutes, but the stiff feel of my hair after is not worth it. I think a more conditioning tint rinse would be great.

I wish I could get a blue tint rather than purple. I struggled with very orange tones and the purple did not make a difference at all

The rinse did what it was supposed to do but, it was too orange for me. I gave it to someone with darker hair and she loved it.

The colour is beautiful when I pour it into my hands, but it doesn’t add much depth to my hair. It’s also a very thin, watery, runny consistency - so it’s difficult to use. I’m quite surprised at all of the 5 star reviews to be honest. I keep using it in the hope it’ll grown on me but don’t think I’ll be buying it again.

I tried leaving this in double the amount of time, triple the amount of time and then quadruple the amount of time and saw no difference anywhere in my hair.

I started off with this. I’ve never been given this before. It certainly didn’t help when I called because my hair is now black/brown/gray. So much for my natural blonde hair. My husband was laughing. I was crying on the phone since I have to go to court on Tuesday. I cannot leave my home. What good did this do when I was told on the phone the color must’ve been off. It didn’t help you adjusted it from a 7 to a 10.

Don’t use this product. Wrecked my hair. No benefit in terms of color. Just made my hair damaged, frizzy and dry. Gotta get a short haircut. And I did carefully follow the directions.

Je suis très ravie des produits ESALON mais ce raviveur est inefficace. Je ne comprends pas, surtout vu les très bon avis sur ce produit.
J’ai déjà essayé deux fois, je ne vois AUCUN changement sur ma couleur (cuivrée) et le produit est HYPER LIQUIDE, comme de l’eau, même en le secouant très fort pendant plusieurs minutes. Inutile. Je suis vraiment très déçue.

Also vor dem Haare färben kann ich es verstehen, da es die Haare öffnet, aber für Zwischendurch würde ich es nie nutzen, da meine Haare danach wie Stroh waren.
