Still not too sure if I am in love with or not!
I really don’t see an added benefit to this during week! But I will keep on hand and maybe use it like once in a while! We will see if that is better!

I bought Copper Tint Rinse a few months ago, for my auburn hair, but it didn’t make much of a difference. So I tried Red, but it only made my hair darker, not redder. I’ll use up Copper, and even mix it with Red, but I think only light hair will show a difference. I see red highlights when I stand in the sun, but I expected redder hair.

I had my hair bleached twice, which left some undesired undertones. I took the site's quiz and was recommended the shade 'soft red neutralizer'. I'm halfway throught the tube now and haven't seen any difference. I think I should have bought the 'red neutralizer' instead :/

I thought this was a little cumbersome to use. Goes on after shampoo and supposed to sit for 2 mins. You then do conditioner after, seems like forever when getting ready for the day.

I was super happy to try this after watching the YouTube blogger Ellebangs review and recommend it on her Channel, I’m super disappointed as I saw no change in my orange/red tones of previously bleached/ dyed brunette hair.

After coloring my hair with my E Salon custom color I used the tint rinse according to instructions. My hair felt as if I had poured liquid plastic on it. My hair was so stiff, it took me 30 minutes to get it out of my hair. If I could give a zero rating , I would. Don’t waste your money!

It’s an ok product l perhaps picked the wrong color because it was making my grays lighter then the rest of my hair. I guess I needed perhaps just brunette instead of light brunette. However I didn’t see just brunette.

I wanted to really like tint since I love my color product. My hair remained in good condition after tint applied, but no visible change that I could discern. Gave 3 because no negative change, but will not purchase again.

Unfortunately this tint rinse did not neutralize enough for my liking. Maybe I should have gone for the deeper red/copper tint rinse? As other reviewers stated it is a bit on the runny side. I was so hopeful but sadly I think the “slight” difference I saw might have only been because I wanted it to work so badly! It seemed to tone my roots, which is the “virgin” hair better than the coloured portion which is the reason I purchased this product.

Since the rating of 1 Star is described as "not for me", that's all I can give this product. My natural red hair dulled significantly after having children and I've recently started looking for a way to "up" the red in my virgin hair without the long-term commitment of permanent dye. Sadly, my hair looks the same after two applications (even with slightly extended exposure time on my hair) as it did before I started.
Addendum: I’m really astounded by eSalon’s customer service! Credit where credit is due, they are fantastic! Per their recommendation, I’m going to try another product to see if that will produce the result I’m looking for without a full, permanent color solution.

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I had high hopes and gave it a fair shot but noticed no difference. Also, it made my head extremely itchy. I’ve never had an allergic reaction before, so I’m unsure which ingredient is causing the itching.

I used this colour rinse in gold as recommended for me to purchase, not bad but I prefer the cooper one as it comes out a honey blonde tone. I think the gold comes out better a couple of weeks after hair being coloured.

To be fair, I have color resistant grays that were not entirely saturated in the coloring process. I started using this a week earlier than I should have needed (per the instructions). It is easy enough to use, it seems to help blend / refresh the overall color a little bit but it is just a tint so don't expect much more than that.

I've been using the blonde neutralizer for a while and liked the results. However, over time my scalp started itching and the itching has increased to the point of being a constant issue. I've never had scalp issues before and don't see any flaking of any sort. I have stopped using Tint Rinse and the itching is subsiding. I suspect I developed a reaction to this product.

I have light brown hair with warm tones in which I absolutely hate. After filling out my profile the soft red neutraliser was recommended. I was super excited to try and see if I could finally tone down some of the warm tones particularly after reading some of the positive reviews of this product. I followed all the instructions and this product actually appeared to make my hair warmer, the complete opposite of what I wanted to do. Really disappointed, what a waste of money.

USPS never received my order. I spoke with multiple people at USPS and they told me to let seller know to physically take the package to the post office. When I called eSalon, I was dismissed rudely by representative Staphanie E.
Please refund my money. I found an alternative solution for my hair. Experience with eSalon has been terrible.

It's a smidge too liquidy, which makes it kind of difficult to maneuver. Would be much easier to use if it had a thicker consistency.

I tried a few different techniques but the tint rinse only grabbed onto random strands of my hair and not in a good way. I'm totally stoked on Esalon’s hair color & the money I’m saving doing it myself but the rinse just lets the world know that I color my hair at home & think that I probably shouldn’t.

Instructions were not clear. Gloves not provided and instructions did not say to use them. The only thing that was tinted were my hands. Didn't see any difference to my hair.

I initially used this tint rinse for about 10 minutes and saw no change. I tried it again for 35 minutes along with the red neutralizer toning mask for 35 minutes as well. I saw a decent amount of the red disappear from my dark brown hair. I was satisfied with the results but not the process. It is hard to set aside an hour each week to toning my hair. I wish there was an easier way to achieve these results without adding such time consuming steps to my routine. It also tangled my hair very badly.

even after multiple uses I am definitely NOT ashy like I was hoping..... boo. Still very warm, especially in sun.

I cannot tell a difference when I have used the color rinse. It seems the ends of my hair always gets a lot lighter then the rest of my hair, no matter the dye.
