I had been using a darker shade of brown, but the last time I ordered my colorist had me send a picture. She said I should definitely go lighter. I took her advice and love it. I even added some highlights. eSalon products are easy to use and for a little more $, you get a lot of bang for your buck that you don't get with boxed OTC brands.

I've never colored my hair before, so I had my husband do it for me. It came out amazing. If that doesn't tell you how easy this was, I don't know what will.
The color is absolutely spot on. My colorist chatted with me and decided to change the color I'd chosen based on the picture and description of what I wanted. I like to have a "natural" Irish redhead look, which is a tricky color in my opinion. I watched the instruction videos that were short, sweet, and to the point. Then we winged it. It's perfect. All I can see are the dollar signs I won't have to spend getting it done anymore! So freaking worth it!

Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei eSalon bestellt und bin hochzufrieden. Meine Coloristin hat mich vorab telefonisch gut beraten – vor allem wegen der Grauabdeckung und meinen vorher blondierten Haaren. Gewünscht habe ich ein kühles, dunkles Braun ohne Rot- oder Goldton. Genau das ist es geworden: kein Grünstich, keine Überraschungen, einfach der perfekte Ton. Die Farbe kommt gut an, auch bei meinem Partner. Ich bestelle auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich bin soooo begeistert 🤩. Als erste hatte ich mir ein gold blond ausgesucht, da war ich schon mehr als zufrieden. Habe mich aber dann für eine neue Farbe entschieden, ein dunkelblond/kupfer/asch Ton und was soll ich sagen... Ich liebe es , bin mega zufrieden. Habe viele Komplimente bekommen... Heute habe ich endlich meine Haare gefärbt und bin sehr zufrieden die Anwendung ist einfach und super gut beschrieben es ist alles dabei was man braucht. Ich' habe ein schönes Kupfer bekommen alle Grauen Haare hat es perfekt abgedeckt. Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Farbe... Werde in Zukunft weiterhin bei euch einkaufen...

I've coloured my hair myself for about 10 years now and this was my first time trying esalon and I'm in love! I had used esalon in the past and always loved it. I had to be off work for several months and I tried box color to save money. My hair became so dry and damaged,
I came back to esalon and I am so happy I did. Even though I had used box color, my colorist picked the perfect color for me. I love it!!

I've been a customer of salon since 2013, so that's a lot of years. I was a natural red-head when young and I've kept in the red family with Esalon, but with time have made adjustments to keep my hair natural looking and appropriate for my age. I have been coloring my hair for 17 years i missed my appointment and my hairdresser could not color my hair for another 6 weeks ,, i was in trouble. I called esalon and set up my account. When my order arrived in a very neat box I was surprised to see the color and items inside with my name on it. Very impressed loved the color and the service is unmatched. Prices are awesome as well. I chose a color and wasn't sure about the outcome and sent a message to my colorist. I had explained the best I could on the color I had in mind and she nailed it. I love the color and it is very pretty. Very pleased with my colorist and my color.

I am veey happy with colour and product itself. I was using Loreal dye for many years. This product is way better in quality, so not only colour. I see my hair is back in volume and softer, silky as years ago..

Mehr als zu Frieden, ich hatte große Sorge da mein Ansatz schon weit raus gewachsen war und die Highlights vom vorigen friseur verschiedene blond töne hätten ,und alles wurde wieder einhaltlich in einem sehr schönen braun marghonie Ton, ich glaube ich war nach dem selbst färben oder friseurtermin noch nie so happy 🥰

I’m so happy that I called to speak to my colorist I explained that my color was fading and not covering my gray around my face. She made a change to my developer and sent a replacement set. I am so happy with my order! It arrived very quickly, personalized and packed beautifully. I wanted a color that would look 2 tones lighter than my natural color and that's exactly what I got! Even at the hairdresser's they were always getting it wrong making it look to dark. I would 100% recommend.

Excellent grey coverage. So much healthier than a store-bought color. I look like I have been to a salon after using my custom hair color. The price is amazing. The color lasts longer than a salon color. With the directions, gloves, shampoo, conditioner, color protection for your hair line, and color-removing wipes for your skin. The color process is a breeze.

Due to finance changes I stopped my subscription for 12 months and had to purchase a cheaper option. However I was buying the cheaper option every couple of weeks and it was costing more than this subscription! I only have to buy this once a month and I have quite a lot of grey now. Also the dye does not stain as badly as the cheaper option which would stain my nails quite badly and be there for weeks! I love this product and I think if you want to maintain your colour its definitely worth buying!

I was nervous to try this, but I'm so glad I did. I was looking for a vibrant, but natural auburn red. I haven't had too much luck. I would find colors that were high lift and the color was too bright and unnatural, or colors that were too dark and one dimensional. This custom color is beyond perfect. The roots blend seamlessly into the midlength and the midlength blends seamlessly into the ends. The color is rich and vibrant without looking unnatural like most red box dyes. Esalon definitely earned a loyal customer 👏 👌

My most recent color mixture is flawless! Mindy mixed it, and idk what’s a smidge different- but it’s perfect!! No warmth in my roots at all, but also not jet black- which is too harsh AND my grays are hidden well. I’m super happy! Thanks Mindy!

This color holds up so good, I wasn't able to get it done in my regular 4 weeks, ended up being 6 weeks by the time I did. My color only slightly faded in that time but I was still getting compliments and because of the minimal fading my grays were not as pronounced. I recommend highly!

Ich habe die Farbe von eSalon bereits zum dritten Mal angewendet und bin wieder absolut begeistert. Die Farbe ist so, wie ich sie mir gewünscht habe. Klar, die Anwendung ist anfangs eine kleine Herausforderung bei langem und dickem Haar, aber mit jedem Mal bin ich etwas geübter.
Ich färbe nur den Ansatz mit einer ammoniakfreien Farbe. Ich vertrage das Produkt sehr gut trotz empfindlicher Kopfhaut.
Farblich sehe ich keinen Unterschied zum teuren Friseur.
Ich bin sehr froh, dass ich eSalon entdeckt habe!

Ich habe Mitte des Jahres auf die Farben hier gewechselt und bin begeistert. Ich habe kein brennen und Jucken mehr beim färben. Die Farben sehen absolut natürlich aus und decken meine weißen Haare komplett ab.

Meine Haare sind nach 3 Wochen Färbung immer noch schön in Farbe. Es ist noch kein Grauansatz in Sicht.

The shade was exactly what I had asked for and I'm particularly impressed with the quality of the shampoo and conditioner which left my hair very soft and silky. The instructions were easy to follow (loved the little thoughtful touches - even a sticker is included to tape the instruction sheet up for easy at- a -glance viewing without having to handle the leaflet and get dye all over it!) You also get two pairs of good quality latex gloves 🧤. What's not to like? Looking forward to my next pack. I have requested a slightly different shade for a change so will see how the colourist interprets my request. 👍

I decided to give esalon a chance cause I wanted a Demi permanent colour and couldn’t find in the shops and I’m sick of paying €90 for an all over colour and my god am I over the moon with the order the colour is just perfect and I am definitely keeping the subscription going!

I was very anxious about trying a new color.The brand I was previously using,tended to fade and began looking
" brassy" after a few washings.I have med.brown hair,but med.brown hair color is too dark.I was mixing 2 colors to get the desired shade.This shade was perfect!

So beyond pleased with my first purchase. My stylist reached out prior to making my order with a concern that my original choice was too dark given what my current shade was. They made recommendations and provided guidance. Got my kit, used it, and could not be happier with the color overall!

Je n'ai jamais été déçu de la couleur, mes cheveux ne sont pas abimés. De plus, une de mes commandes a été perdue par colissimo et le service client de e-salon a été bien plus que réactif avec un très beau geste commercial. Je recommande ++

Had some bad experiences as a redhead. This process has helped me feel more at ease, since I know the color won’t be as drastic as it usually is at the salon. It gave me an all over vibrant color boost, but only by a couple shades - PERFECT! Thank you eSalon!

La couleur n'était pas celle que j'avais demandé mais, la coloriste a fait un travail incroyable ! Une couleur parfaite pour l'automne et qui donne de la lumière et de la profondeur à mes cheveux. J'adore ! Merci beaucoup !

I asked for a darker and redder shade for autumn and it turned out stunningly. I just love it - Being a ginger I would not have thought to add Mahogani insted of red, but it just works

Just take the chance to try it, follow the instructions and the results are amazing. I am so pleased with my results. One year ago i dyed my hair for the first time and since then i have been to 3 different hair saloons which ended with me dissatisfied and damaged hair colors. I am very picky in general and i thought im gonna try do ot myself with the help of esalon . I am finally happy i achieved my desired hair color that the one i wanted a tear ago i finally have it now. Try them , the best .

I’ve been box dying my hair for years. It’s taking a toll on my hair in a big way. I don’t want to go back to spending tons of money at the salon, so I felt stuck. I stumbled on esalon and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical but I have to say Im pleasantly surprised! The color is spot on, vibrant, and my hair is soft after!
