Charged without authorisationJust phoned customer services to stop an order that I did not authorise for £71 (hair dye and other hair products). They responded with that's it's too late to cancel as the items are already shipped and it will be at my expense to return the product. I have previously tried to cancel these products but it's near impossible on the website, and you can only delay, for these dates to creep up and you get charged again. I explained this, and the customer services were less than helpful so when I explained that I'll be writing a review on how customers are held ransom to maintain orders without authorisation or an ability to cancel online, her response was "you do that". I was going to keep ordering the hair dye, but after this response, I absolutely will find an alternative option as this isn't an inexpensive product. Not as good as it use to beMy last order was really bad. It barely lasted 8 days and I didn't wash it after dyeing it. My white hairs were still lighter then the rest of my hair. The color seemed darker then usual. The color didn't seem to attach to the white strands. The dye rubbed off on my silk pillowcase. I did receive a free box, not sure if that was the problem, but I have noticed in the past 2 years the dye now barely lasts 2 weeks and the color doesn't adhere to the grey as well as it use to. Think carefully and research before you buy!For the second time I have had my hair ruined by eSalon, I expected the colour I chose to be lighter than my natural dark brown. Not only did it not lighten my hair at all it left a red tinge on it, certainly not the golden brown colour shown on the website. Had I previously dyed my hair I could perhaps understand, but my hair was completely natural, the company is not transparent about the products and gives expectations they have no hope of achieving. I was told after contacting them that my hair will not lift using the colour as it is dark brown, why oh why then are they offering me a colour that has no hope of working! EnricaDie Produkte sind zweifellos gut und es wird viel Sorgfalt darauf verwendet. Ich verwende die ammoniakfreie Coloration, allerdings verlieren die Haare bereits ab der dritten Haarwäsche am Ansatz an Farbe, sodass das Grau wieder sichtbar wird. Zusätzlich wirken die Haare am Ansatz beschwert und werden sehr schnell fettig. Good product, decent service, but not what I expectedI have been struggling to figure out what score to give to this review. Yes the product is great. It left my hair shiny and healthy but the biggest issue is that it made my hair darker and I never wanted my hair to go darker. So now my very long virgin hair has been messed up because either I have to use a colour remover, wait for it to wash out or get highlights The original solutions given by the colorist were not great to be honest and also when I asked a direct question of what type of colour was I supposed to be getting I never got a real reply. It has still not explained to me why my hair ended up being so much darker when theoretically I went for a colour that it’s lighter than my natural hair colour so maybe if you want to darken your hair this is a great product. If you wanna go lighter, I will have my reservations. Something went wrong and I still cannot figure out where it went wrong. Would I try it again? Probably not. Do I regret it? Not really? Farbe deckt ja mal überhaupt nichtHatte vor einem Jahr bei esalon bestellt und die perfekte Farbe erhalten, zwischendurch wurde wahrscheinlich was an der Rezeptur verändert nun deckt sie einfach überhaupt nicht mehr (habe Schwarzbraun bestellt und gerade meine Haare gefärbt und mein Ansatz hat sich einfach null verändert). Was auch immer ihr getan habt, macht das bitte rückgängig. Bis dahin werd ich hier leider nicht mehr bestellen. Ist sehr schade, da ihr wie gesagt am Anfang die perfekte Farbe für mich hattet und dann auch noch PETA verifiziert, ab jetzt werde ich wieder zur Konkurrenz greifen müssen. Not satisfied at all.I didn't have any colour on my hair, I was asking for a lighter, ash colour. However the end result was a lighter colour with orange / red effect. I said okay, I will give a second chance, asked them to make it lighter with ash. I also attached photos. They said it can be a bit lighter but not much. ColorThe mahogany added into the color looks awful when my hair is done. Very dark and want to have lighter natural looking auburn as my overall color when I am finished. I haven't used the last 2 boxes and will try one of them again this week but have not been happy with the darkness as does not look natural on me. Totally disappointedI ordered this looking at all.the reviews online and was very excited to see my customized package with even my name on it. I followed the instructions and mixed the color and the developer in the bottle and shaked vigorously. Meanwhile i was tying my hair and getting ready to apply and next thinkninsee the bottle bulged and it started foaming and that was the beginning of my disappointment. After catching up the overflowed one and the remaining in container i started applying, as i have long hair i took an hour to finish it. As instructed left it for 30 mts and wahed it. Not even a single grey strand was colored, it was such a waste of money and time. I am glad i did not start a subscription. Inaccurate color formulaI used to love my formula with eSalon, but this one was different. Not enough copper, too much blonde and it did not cover my grays well even though I saturated my roots! Very disappointed this time around. Does not even look like I colored it at all. Not even remotely the color it says it will beI have brown hair and wanted a rich copper, it showed me that with my current color I could get that with their specific formula. Not only is it not even remotely copper, it looks exactly like my hair before I dyed it. No changeI wanted to try this as it seems better quality than the regular box dye from the supermarket market - and while the package was layed out beautifully, there was absolutely no change to the colour of my hair. I asked for dark brown ash and specified that I wanted the red tinge gone (hence the ash) but it’s still there - potentially even more prominent. I strictly followed all instructions. Une horreur !Bonjour, L’avant-dernière fois j’avais demandé un peu plus foncé, puis comme c’était un peu trop foncé, j’ai ensuite demandé une teinte entre les deux. À ma grande stupéfaction, la dernière teinte reçue était ROUGE 😳 J’ai été obligée d’acheter des produits pour retirer le pigment rouge tant que possible puis ai acheté un châtain au supermarché ! Cost issue.I love the product and I needed the large bottle the first time I purchased to fix a colour mistake. This time though, I just need to do my roots and it’s nearly £30 for a whole bottle to use maybe a 1/3 of it?! It’ll last a couple of weeks before I need to purchase again. So I won’t be purchasing again unless esalon introduce a roots only option for a much lower cost AND the delivery price really needs looked at. £6 for standard delivery and £10 if it’s express which still takes a couple of days is really not good enough. great concept, lackluster resultsI love the idea of a custom at-home hair dye, but the results left something to be desired. I selected the dye I wanted but was told that it was too far from my natural color and that I should select something more subtle. My intention was to go darker so it’s not as if there was bleach involved. I followed eSalon’s guidance and went with a color closer to my natural hair and the result was hardly noticeable. Furthermore, it lasted maybe three or four washes before completely washing out. I did select a Demi dye, which I’ve done at the salon in the past, so I knew it would fade gradually, but it was SO temporary. I also typically have super shiny hair after getting it dyed at the salon or with other at-home dyes, but that was not the case here. My hair felt a bit gritty even after thoroughly washing the dye out. I want to love this so much and would maybe give it another go with a new color and permanent formula, but for now I think I’ll suck it up and shell out some $$$ at the salon to get my preferred color for the holidays. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Great coverage. Poor hair conditionI’ve used box dye for years and thought I’d try esalon. Since using it my hair is in poor condition. Now my hair is knotty, tangles easily and my curl clumps are no longer fat and juicy. I’ve tried deep conditioning and a protein treatment with minimal results. This dye is the only new product in my routine. The coverage is amazing and, although darker than I expected, the colour is great. Felt like a semi-permanent dyeI’m on the phone to customer services trying to order a new hair dye as my greys came through about 2 weeks ago. I’m going to an important work meeting and wanted my hair to look nice and have tried calling customer services at 2.55pm. However after 5 minutes being on hold the call dropped and said the offices were closed. This is not good customer service, as I’ve specifically left work early to call someone to discuss this matter urgently!! Terrible customer serviceThe product is good and very good quality. But their cusromer service is terrible, they ignore my email and no response at all. I ordered once and unfortunately the color didn't work out. It was my mistake because I forgot to cancel, however not even a heads up from them that the renewal was coming up. Root color very far off. Over all color loos awful after 5 washesI would not recommend anyone do this color. For one it isn’t permanent. It’s supposed to last 25-28 washes. Last Color MailedI was very surprised to get it because I didn’t remember paying for it. I’m in transition of moving into a new place and starting a new job so if I am listed as a reoccurring payment, could you please put it on pause. Saying that I assumed the color was the color. I thought I had picked, but once I put it on, it was more in the red tones and this type of red tone I’m not fond of. I recently found online a color that’s in the pinkish family because my complexion and my eyes fit the red/pink family, but I’m still in the process of figuring out which one fits me the best that I can make a permanent ongoing color moving forward. Saying that you guys don’t have this color on your site. But your product is amazing and everything that you do for new people that are coloring their hair at home is amazing. Unsatisfactory resultsI spoke to a colorist and sent a photo of my hair and asked for an ash brown color to remove all the red tones from my medium brown/red hair. So unbelievably damagingGenuinely devastated. Colour is not what I asked for but the worst part is how damaged my hair is now. I am left with crunchy red straw on my head. Avoid! Not what I expectedThe instructions were very unclear. they said roots only, however the colour was so different from my natural colour I decided to ignore this and apply to roots first, leaving for half the time and then spreading onto the rest of my hair and leaving for the remainder. glad I did as the colour was much darker than I expected and would have been ridiculous if just used on my roots. I had chosen perminent colour but wanted to still be able to see the variations in my hair (I had a lot of grown out roots but my ends were several colours from highlights) I hoped it would be darker at the roots but would then show varing shades throughout the rest of my hair, instead the result was just all dark and a block colour all over. I wouldn't mind but it was £27 and i would have gotten the same effect from a £8 box dye. my hair has been frizzy since I died it even though it has been 10 months since I last dyed my hair in the salon (bleach free highlights) so my hair was in pretty good condition before. The texture of my curls has also changed and they had dropped out a bit. After about 5-6 washes it is starting to look better than it did. AwfulThe last 2 color kits have turned my roots reddish not darkest brown. I am really unsatisfied with the degradation of this product after using eSalon for many, many years.
